Mr. Millner was appointed as the Managing Director of Industrial Asset Recovery Group. (IARG in 2018) and to President in June of 2020. Previous to his appointment to IARG, Mr. Millner was instrumental in the recovery of millions of dollars of assets in industrial plants around the world. He dramatically improved the process of maximizing the value of closed plants in North America and worldwide assuming and recovering over close to $1 billion in asset recovery. His innovative approaches have been the catalyst for the Total Plant Deactivation (TPD ) protocol that was implemented in over 1800 plants. His knowledge and experience has been utilized in the appraisal of the physical assets for over 1500 plants worldwide
Mr. Millner was part of a task force created by the United States Commerce Department to visit both Hungary and Poland to assist in the closures of the many industrial sites which were forced to close after the fall of the Iron Curtain. He was asked to assess the value of the plants in China that were operated by General Motors and Westinghouse.
Additionally, Mr. Millner gave of his time to help raise over 10 Million Dollars for Charites in the St. Louis area. He was one of the founders of Landmark Bancshares and served on its board of directors. He proudly served on the Board of COCA, (Center Of Contemporary Arts), Logos School, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, and the American Lung Association.

John Kowalik leads marketing and communications activities at Industrial Asset Recovery Group. His efforts help to promote IARG’s industrial liquidation sale opportunities, identify as well as pursue industrial assets for purchase. IARG works closely with the Commercial Development Company group of companies to identify and create the highest value proposition for IARG clients.

Louisa Dean joined IARG in 2018 and is responsible for the accounting and auditing of all demo/scrap sales and asset recovery sales. She works closely with IARG employees, on-site personnel, and the buyers, to invoice sales, track auction results, and collect payments. Louisa has over 30 years of experience in the real estate property management and construction industries.
